The Partnership Highlight
One Another Foundation invests in organizations where we believe in the mission, leadership and ability to grow. We are currently highlighting Ember Bridge, a project we are thrilled to support.
The Ember Bridge, designed with obedience, engineered with servitude, and will be built with dedication, will serve seven villages and nearly 20,000 indigenous people in Panama. In the middle of the Comarca Ngabe Bugle reservation of Panama, there have been 12 children and elderly deaths over the past 12-months. These forgotten people are 18-miles into the jungle, off of the closest dirt road. They traverse this river to get to school, medicine, ministry, and basic life essentials.
For $300k, prayers, and God’s will, this bridge will provide safer access to medical care, food, and education, eliminating the deadly risks associated with crossing a treacherous river on an 18-mile hike. With access to ministry, education, and medical care, this bridge will provide opportunity to foster human worth, human rights, and hope, thereby reducing the potential for the trafficking and sexual abuse of their minor girls.
